Above are pictures taken in August of 2008 this yard only had two applications prior to the photo's the warm season grass is located in the back yard while the cool season grass is in the front. This yard has the advantage of better then average soil and moisture conditions. While not irrigated the soil is not primarily clay and retains moisture.
