Our payment Policy
All payments are due on the day of service.
We extend a 30 day grace period for all lawn care program and tree & shrub care programs. Your first treatment must be paid after the treatment is performed and you must be signed up for a treatment program. Each treatment following will be billed and payment will be expected within 30 days. Late payments will be billed, a $5.00 monthly fee until the past due amount is paid. No treatments will be done without a signature from the property owner. In the case you are a renter you must have the property manager or owner sign.
Any Seeding, application, mole control or any application not on the treatment program must be paid on the same day of service, no exceptions. Emergency insect control not on a treatment plan will also require payment on the same day.
With the price of fuel and fertilizer fluctuating Cgreen reserves the right to adjust prices as needed to keep up with the ever changing costs. We will provide you with a notice of price changes within 30 days of adjustment.
Adverse weather such as excessive heat, drought and flooding may affect the treatment results. These things are beyond our control. We can not reapply certain herbicides due to federal laws. We are limited to the amount of herbicide that can be applied in one location over a period of one year. We do have a back up herbicide in case rainfall occurs after Rd 2 and washes the first application off the weeds. The fertilizer would not be reapplied as it has to be watered into the ground.
Our applicators are not responsible for your flower beds. Please do not ask them to spray the lawn care formula on weeds in your flower beds. Our applicators are trained to keep the formula out of, off of, and away from your trees, flower beds, gardens, and shrubs. If you need an application to your flower beds please contact us for a different treatment. We offer many insect control treatments to ornamentals. As far as weed control goes there are products we can spray to help prevent weeds in these areas or we can schedule you for either a post emergent or a manual weeding of the area. The lawn care program takes a measurement of your "LAWN AREA" we calculate the time and amount of product for this area and give a price. Any deviation from this may result in immediate price increase.
Cgreen places marking flags on each property after each treatment. While these are good advertising tools they are actually mandatory. Each flag must remain on the property for 24 hours after the application. If you feel like recycling the flags I would encourage it as it will help in keeping the cost down. After an application you should always keep all kids, pets and adults off the lawn until it drys; as the flag states. Drying times are dependent on wind, humidity, temperature and can vary with these factors. Normally a lawn would be dry within 1-3 hours.
Water Ways, any lawn company spraying herbicide in or within 10 feet of a flowing water way is breaking the law. Please do not ask or encourage our applicators to do so. Any property with a water way flowing through it will automatically be deducted from the estimate price and measurement. You will not be charged for what we can not spray!
Weeds emerging from Driveway/Sidewalk cracks and gravel driveways, are not lawn areas. These should be treated with a non-selective herbicide not with a lawn formula. If you have these issues please let us know and we can schedule you for a treatment with the correct herbicide.
Credit Card Policy. Cgreen will accept credit cards at the expense of the consumer. If requested Cgreen will email you an invoice with a payment button at which point you will be directed to a secure line and may make payment to us. The fee to you will be 2.9% plus .30 cents per invoice. The invoice sent will be a description of what we did with the same invoice number and the price increase for credit card processing. We do not make any money off the credit card processing and we feel that we should not have to loose money off of it either.
